Job description

The Sr. Product Specialist is responsible for showcasing the Deep Health Enterprise Imaging and Informatics solutions and promoting products and services through live demonstrations and high-profile customer engagements. The Product Specialist is a critical function for promoting and educating customers (existing and prospective) about products and services. The role includes leading strategic discussions with key opinion leaders, purchasing decision makers and industry experts to gain insights into core product improvement and innovation pathways. The position works closely with internal cross functional teams to drive product requirements, use cases and workflows to support product commercialization and roadmap strategies. The role will focus on the Enterprise Imaging portfolio of solutions to nurture and support sales engagements, drive user adoption, usability efficiencies and overall customer success. As the Product Specialist, the goal is to create a positive and engaging experience that initiates customer interest, supports sales goals and drives revenue.

Job requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Product Knowledge and Domain Expertise: This role requires an individual with in-depth Enterprise Imaging and Informatics domain knowledge with focus on radiologic interpretive workflows and clinical functionality. With this as a basis, the role will be expected to acquire and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the core Deep Health Enterprise Imaging (Diagnostic Suite and ancillary solutions) products and services.

· Must stay informed about industry trends and competitors’ offerings as well as product feature differentiators.

· Must be able to articulate value propositions, key messaging and core offering clinical benefits to a wide range or audiences including C-Suite, clinical staff, IT staff and associated health care professionals and decision makers. This will require the ability to support these conversations in a wide range of environments including sales engagements, clinical training sessions, workflow evaluations, trade show events and other high-profile user discussions.

· Demonstrations: Conduct live demonstrations of products or services to potential customers. Showcase key features and benefits in a compelling and informative manner with the ability to respond to ad-hoc questions and deep dive inquiries.

· Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in a friendly and approachable manner. Address concerns effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.

· Sales Support: Assist in the sales process by providing product information and encouraging customer interest. Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.

· Event Coordination: Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and product launches. Set up and maintain demo stations, ensuring a visually appealing and organized presentation.

· Feedback and Reporting: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve product offerings. Prepare and submit regular reports on demonstration activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.

· Actively participate in product requirements development processes and assist product management in driving innovation and product roadmap strategies and priorities.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience

· Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent (required)

· Experience (required/preferred)

o Minimum 6 years’ overall experience in the Healthcare IT – Enterprise Imaging or Informatics industry on the provider of vendor segment.

o Must have minimum of 5 years’ experience in demonstrating and presenting enterprise imaging and informatics solutions to purchasing stakeholders, C-Suite decision makers, and clinical staff. This includes the ability to lead in depth product and imaging workflow discussions as well as training of clinical and administrative staff.

o Proven ability to articulate product vision, functionality and value propositions to healthcare professionals with specific focus on radiology and multidisciplinary imaging specialties and workflows.

o Previous experience in demonstrating and presenting solutions at industry trade shows and events.

· Skills, Knowledge, Abilities (required/preferred):

o In depth domain experience and expertise in radiology imaging and informatics including advanced knowledge of radiology interpretive and clinical workflows.

o Previous experience with PACS and Enterprise Imaging tools, systems and functional requirements development including workflow and product capability assessments to support product management and product development processes.

o Ability to drive and lead product assessment discussions through detailed product capability demonstrations and reviews. You will be the hands-on presenter of our Enterprise Imaging (Diagnostic Suite) solution and must be able to articulate all aspects and segments of the solution to internal and external audiences. Must be able to handle ad-hoc questions and present to C-Suite decision makers and industry experts in a manner that positions Deep Health and our Diagnostic Suite solution to highlight differentiation and key value propositions.

o Deep knowledge and understanding of the complete patient imaging experience as well as understanding and experience in working with associated technology platforms including RIS, EMR, PACS, diagnostic worklist management, Speech to Text Voice Recognition and Dictation, Cloud platforms, Advanced Visualization, embedded and 3rd party AI tools and other healthcare IT systems and tools.

o Ability to contribute to the development of product documentation and training tutorials and assets to assist users and administrators with understanding of key aspects of our Enterprise Imaging/Diagnostic Suite product portfolio.

o Responsible for the administration, maintenance, and ongoing readiness of internal demonstration environments, including the curation and management of demo datasets, coordination with development and engineering teams for system updates or technical support, and configuration of demo systems to support a variety of use cases. Must be able to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to prepare and execute product demonstrations for workshops, trade shows, and industry conferences.

o Previous experience and knowledge of product development processes and programs (e.g., AGILE).

Travel

This position requires domestic / international travel up to 25%.

The position requires the ability drive a vehicle and utilize other forms of transportation.

Salary range is between $138,000 to $160,000
