Job Summary

DeepHealth employs people across 13 countries with main offices in the UK, the Netherlands, and Hungary. As we grow, our presence and employee base within Europe is expanding.

The HR Operations Partner is responsible for managing and optimizing core HR processes, systems, and compliance programs to ensure operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. Supports the end-to-end employee lifecycle by ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient HR processes. This role is responsible for maintaining HR systems and employee data integrity, supporting payroll and reporting processes, and overseeing onboarding and offboarding activities to deliver a seamless employee experience. Responsibilities will also include special projects while serving as a key operational resource for employees and internal stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Employee Lifecycle Support:

· Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.

· Support performance management, salary planning and other HR programs.

· Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to ensure operational alignment.

· Maintain and support the organization’s HRIS and related people systems to ensure accurate and efficient operation.

· Ensure compliance with local, regional and country employment laws.

· Escalate any potential compliance and employment law risks or issues.

· Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee records.

· Maintain data accuracy and conduct routine audits to ensure accuracy and consistency.

· Partner with payroll to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

· Ensure all employee changes are updated where necessary.

· Generate recurring and ad hoc reports to support the HR and other teams.

Process Management & Improvement:

· Oversee and continuously improve end-to-end HR operational processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee data changes, documentation management).

· Maintain documentation for system processes, workflows, and procedures.

· Develop, document, and optimize HR workflows, policies, and procedure.

· Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.

Special Projects & Initiatives:

· Support the execution of HR projects and operational initiatives as assigned.

· Coordinate project tasks, track timelines, and follow up on deliverables to ensure completion.

· Assist in gathering data, preparing reports, and conducting basic analysis to inform project decisions.

· Partner with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT, etc.) to support project activities.

· Provide administrative and logistical support for broader HR initiatives.

Stakeholder Support & Alignment:

· Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, and other internal departments to ensure alignment of HR systems and processes.

· Provide operational support to other HR team members on an as needed basis.

· Provide training and guidance to managers and employees on HR tools, policies, processes, and best practices.

· Facilitate information sharing across teams to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.

· Serve as a key point of contact for inquiries sent to the HR.Support@deephealth.com email.

Job requirements

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field (or equivalent experience) required

  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations or related experience.

  • Experience with HRIS systems, including data management, reporting, workflows and automation.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements in assigned country.

  • Advanced Excel and HR data analytics capabilities.

  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.

  • Operational excellence, problem-solving and process improvement mindset.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Working Conditions

This is a hybrid position in the Netherlands.

Physical Requirements

This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, or feeling, speaking, listening, and high-level cognitive thinking. Also, must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally. The position requires the ability to travel (~10% of time), drive a vehicle, and utilize other forms of transportation.
