📣 Marketing Manager
Marketing & Communications
Department: Marketing
Employment Type: Full Time
Compensation Range: €60,000 – €80,000
About the Role
As Marketing Manager you own marketing at Qooling. Not a slice of it, all of it. We build a QHSE platform that helps companies in manufacturing, construction, energy and logistics run quality, health, safety and environment properly instead of in spreadsheets. The product works and customers stay. What we need is more of the right companies finding us, understanding quickly why we're different, and asking for a demo.
That's your mandate. You decide where we spend, what we say, and which channels get built out. You'll work directly with the founders, sales and product, and you'll see the results of your decisions in the pipeline within weeks. If you want a role where marketing is a support function, this isn't it.
A Day in the Life of an Account Executive
Being responsible for Marketing within Qooling means that in the morning, you can work on setting up marketing campaigns on LinkedIn or Google. Afterward, you sit down with the director to fine-tune the messaging. In the afternoon, you talk with some customers to understand how Qooling helps them, while shortly after, you interact with sales on how to position the platform better. At the end of the day, you have a call with the product team to discuss upcoming features and how to bring them to market.
