ABOUT THE JOB
As a Production Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and leading various aspects of the assembly activities. You'll be responsible for keeping our rental fleet up to spec and executing quality control procedures on our new machines. Next to that you are responsible for providing production feedback to the engineering team, to ensure smooth assembly and quality of the product and you are a go-to person for the production of prototypes. You’re a central person in our hall, overseeing practical activities: from assembly work and plannings to warehousing and our facilities. This position requires a proactive and organized approach to ensure the seamless integration of assembly and quality control processes within the production environment.

Your key responsibilities:
- Make sure that all the machines which leave our facility are ready for operations. This includes testing the robots or supervising these tests.
- Providing production feedback to our engineering team about prototype builts and ensuring prototype assembly.
- You will also be our ‘hall chef’. Oversee plannings, guide practical work and maintaining safe, neat and representative facilities.
Whom are we looking for?
Professional qualifications and skills:
- Secondary vocational technical studies
- Working experience with mechanical / electrical or hydraulic systems
- Minimum 3 years of technical experience, preferably in a multi-disciplinary environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch is nice to have
- All-round engineering insight & experience
- Knowledge and insights in HSE standards
- Experience in guiding a small team is desired.
