ABOUT THE JOB
As a Warehouse Employee, you’ll be focused on performing logistics and stock management tasks. This would go from receiving packages (using forklift if required), to making sure that all of our stock values are in line with our documentation. You’ll be responsible for sending out materials and packages: coordinating pick-ups as well as dropping them off yourself by car. Next to that, you’ll also be the go-to person for practical tasks within our hall. Preparing activities and arrangements in the workshop and doing small maintenance work for instance.

Your key responsibilities:
- In the main hall: Execution of tasks (assigned by Production Coordinator) that are required for ensuring safe and pleasant working environment.
- Facility Maintenance: Execution of small tasks to ensure the availability of the facilities, maintenance, repair, and related activities.
- Process incoming goods: Make sure that delivered goods are going to the correct destinations / storing locations. Filling in required administration.
- Arrangement of workshops: Carrying out the work to facilitate actual use of the facilities. Preparing activities in the hall and performing maintenance related activities.
- Arrange Service and Maintenance logistics, make short trips to suppliers. Sending out return packages.
Whom are we looking for?
Professional qualifications and skills:
- Min 1 year of working experience in the similar role
- Affection with engineering is a big plus
- Experience with Microsoft office
- Experience with ExactOnline or a similar program is a plus
- Forklift license or willingness to get it
- Driving license B
- Driving license E or willingness to get it
- VCA certificate
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Ability to function well in an international team
