ABOUT THE JOB
​As a Production Manager you’ll be our go-to person for all matters in regard to production of our robots. You will be an important factor for (a healthy) delivery of our machines. You will achieve it by maintaining close contact with our suppliers, and keeping overview of internal production tasks and processes. You will be aligning and overviewing assembly & supply chain planning, guiding suppliers’ feedback and Company’s needs, as well as addressing ad hoc challenges.

Next to this, you’ll also be responsible for the facility management within our company. You will ensure maintaining and improving all our internal facilities by pitching ideas and setting out tasks required for its implementation.

Your key responsibilities:

• Translate sales planning into production plannings and actions plans together with all relevant stakeholder. Communicate and manage stakeholders for planning updates, deliveries and budgeting.
• Make sure that robots are delivered according to these plannings
• Pro-actively think about and implement ways to improve our production processes
• Oversee supply chain to make sure production plannings can be met
• Maintain contact and positive relationships with suppliers
• Manage our production related facilities and make sure that these are structured, safe and pleasant spaces to work in
• Bring structure and manage the in- and outflow of our goods in the warehouse.

Whom are we looking for?
Professional qualifications and skills:

• Technical HBO or MBO education
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in technical field in work preparation/project engineering/project management
• Being familiar with the production/manufacturing industry, its standard working methods and best practices
• Previous experience in the production/manufacturing company is a big plus
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Experience with supervising/guiding the team and willingness to do so
• Ability to make quick decisions
