Your mission

As a HubSpot CRM Specialist at Qblox, you will be the subject matter expert for all things HubSpot. Leveraging your technical expertise and passion for excellence, you will solve problems, improve processes, and ensure we are maximizing HubSpot's potential to help achieve our strategic growth goals. In this role, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to integrate and optimize HubSpot, enhancing our activities and capabilities and will be reporting to the Lead Digital Marketeer.

Your mission is to clean and organize our extensive data, set up efficient workflows, and educate and onboard our team to use HubSpot effectively. This is a fantastic opportunity to join Qblox at an exciting time as we scale and transform our business operations.


Role objectives

As the go-to person for HubSpot at Qblox, you will optimize its performance and ensure alignment with our strategic objectives. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Lead and stakeholders across the business, you will translate vision, goals, and requirements into actionable recommendations and implementations, driving our marketing and sales success.

In this role you will:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing (and Sales and Operations) teams to review, recommend, and implement best practices within HubSpot.

  • Create custom modules, templates, workflows, and functionalities to enhance user experience.

  • Setting up templates for emails, landing pages, one to one emails.

  • Ensuring consistent branding across all communications from Hubspot.

  • Setting up marketing campaigns, measure and optimize HubSpot campaigns, analyzing performance metrics to improve strategies.

  • Collaborate on segmentation, measure results, and optimize workflows to convert marketing into leads.

  • Build customized automated flows, views, dashboards, and reports.

  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable recommendations.

  • Develop, execute, and test sales and marketing campaign automation and flows.

  • Act as the point of contact for colleagues, providing guidance and coaching on HubSpot usage.


Your profile
  • The Marketing (and Sales) Hub of the platform. Preferably within a similar role as a HubSpot Specialist, Administrator, or Consultant or CRM specialist.

  • Knowledge of B2B user journeys and marketing campaigns and how to set up HubSpot in the best way to accommodate for this.

  • Digital marketing skills, including but not limited to SEO, SEA, and digital campaigns, with the ability to see how these fit into the overall marketing strategy and work with HubSpot.

  • Understanding all aspects of HubSpot configuration and technical/functional capabilities.

  • Analyzing and presenting data to stakeholders meaningfully.

  • Making recommendations to stakeholders based on business requirements.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and knowing how to navigate different stakeholders.

  • Analytical, planning, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Developing a strong knowledge and understanding of customers, business, and products.

  • Meeting objectives, goals, and commitments.

It would be great if you also have:

  • HubSpot certifications, particularly in the Marketing (and Sales) Software Hub.

  • Basic proficiency or working knowledge of HTML and CSS.

  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM) and integrating tracking across the various platforms.
