You will become the crucial link between our 3rd Party Suppliers, our production department, and R&D, particularly focusing on Prototyping and New Product Introduction Processes. We are seeking a Tactical Buyer with the following qualifications:

• Technical HBO work/thinking level or MBO with over 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Thorough purchasing experience in mechanical and/or electrical components
• Process-oriented and analytical mindset
• Proficiency in English, with Dutch being an advantage
• Charismatic, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality
• Knowledge of ERP Exact is a plus
• Experience with MS Office, Jira, and Confluence

As a Tactical Buyer, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating closely with R&D to identify suppliers that meet our product specifications
• Handling technical inquiries from suppliers with the assistance of R&D
• Arranging and leading regular alignment meetings, such as Supplier Review Meetings, Supplier Intake, and Supplier Quarterly Business Review Meetings
• Meticulously managing quality remediation and other quality and commercial agreements with Suppliers
• Ensuring Framework contracts are established and maintained
• Creating a robust supply base with effective risk mitigations in place
