As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic team, engaging in the execution of Qblox’ people strategy to ensure that the company has the necessary structures and processes to grow and keep performing at its exceptionally high level. The HR Business Partner will report to the Head of People and work closely together with various business counterparts.

Key responsibilities

The HR Business Partner will support the business on all HR-related topics and will play a pivotal role in the implementation of the full employee life cycle and will help our team leads and department heads to develop high performing teams.

The main responsibility of the HR Business Partner is coaching and counseling team leads in every aspect of the employee life cycle. You will drive the HR agenda, deploy HR policies and guide the business. You will help team leads and department heads to build a strong team, safeguard our company culture while scaling fast and keep an eye on establishing team stability. Next to that, you will be the HR counterpart in complex and sensitive employee issues such as termination or long term illness.

Performance management, enhancing our company culture and succession planning will be key focus areas of the HR Business Partner. As a fast growing company, we are setting up a structure for a high-performance way of working and for a strong feedback culture, including setting up learning & development curricula for every team. Regarding succession planning, the HR Business Partner will implement a system that ensures continuity, identifies clear career pathways and facilitates sustainable growth.

Your profile
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the field of HR and have proven yourself as a partner to the business, preferably in a fast scaling (deep)tech company.

  • You bring knowledge in the field of Change Management, People Performance Management, Talent Management, and operational expertise as well as strong knowledge of Dutch labor legislation.

  • You have proven yourself to be a trustworthy business partner who is close to the business and feels free to give advice and feedback to business leaders

  • You are committed to diversity and inclusion principles, ensuring fair and unbiased performance management and succession planning

  • You have experience working through complex and sensitive employee issues

  • You have demonstrated successfully managing multiple stakeholders.

  • You have experience leading organizations through large change initiatives and demonstrated success in executing HR initiatives that yield positive results

Education:

  • Master’s degree in HRM/Psychology/Organizational Studies or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information in clear and compelling ways.
  • Analytical and abstraction skills: Analytical mindset to interpret and analyze data to drive HR initiatives.
  • Adaptability skills: Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment.
  • Planning and Organizing skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and workload effectively.
  • Ownership & Accountability: Feels ownership as a process owner of various HR initiatives.
