As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic team, engaging in the execution of Qblox’ people strategy to ensure that the company has the necessary structures and processes to grow and keep performing at its exceptionally high level. The HR Business Partner will report to the Head of People and work closely together with various business counterparts.
Key responsibilitiesThe HR Business Partner will support the business on all HR-related topics and will play a pivotal role in the implementation of the full employee life cycle and will help our team leads and department heads to develop high performing teams.
The main responsibility of the HR Business Partner is coaching and counseling team leads in every aspect of the employee life cycle. You will drive the HR agenda, deploy HR policies and guide the business. You will help team leads and department heads to build a strong team, safeguard our company culture while scaling fast and keep an eye on establishing team stability. Next to that, you will be the HR counterpart in complex and sensitive employee issues such as termination or long term illness.
Performance management, enhancing our company culture and succession planning will be key focus areas of the HR Business Partner. As a fast growing company, we are setting up a structure for a high-performance way of working and for a strong feedback culture, including setting up learning & development curricula for every team. Regarding succession planning, the HR Business Partner will implement a system that ensures continuity, identifies clear career pathways and facilitates sustainable growth.
