In this role, you will experience a diverse array of tasks, making each day unique. Acting as the pivotal liaison between suppliers and logistics, you will oversee all operational facets of daily purchasing, including managing MRP advisories and associated administrative duties.

Your key responsibilities:

• Efficiently process incoming emails and meticulously handle order confirmations.
• Verify quantities, prices, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy.
• Follow up on unconfirmed purchase orders and manage supplier complaints.
• Ensure confirmed delivery times meet expectations.

• MBO education in logistics, commerce or another related department (financial support, office management) will be nice to have, but feel free to apply if you have some experience as an internship, or even at a student organization!
• Curiosity in electronic components and/or mechanical parts
• A service-oriented attitude,
• Solution-oriented, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities,
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English,
• Experience with MS Office and Google Workspace,
• Knowledge of MRP Exact is an advantage!
