Your mission
Qblox is looking for a quantum application engineer Silicon Spin Qubits to help us build control stacks for industrial-scale quantum computers. We specialize in delivering cutting-edge scalable quantum control stacks, powering the analog signals crucial for controlling and reading quantum systems.
As a Quantum Application Engineer at Qblox, you have a central role between instrument developers (analog performance), software engineers (software solutions for end users), and customer support. Your role revolves around improving the actual design but also anticipating future user needs, ensuring seamless experiment development for our customers. Your primary responsibilities include:
Designing and building the application layer for customers to operate the control stack. For this you will be collaborating closely with the software and hardware teams to integrate and enhance functionalities. The role also contains small to medium-scale software development efforts.
Creating compelling examples and tutorials for quantum computing experiments using both application layers.
Conducting testing of our software and equipment, providing valuable feedback to developers for performance enhancements.
Offering second-level support to success engineers and application scientists during customer demonstrations, leveraging your expertise in both the quantum domain and our cutting-edge equipment.
