IT Support Analyst (Onsite)

As an integral part of our Global IT team, you will be responsible for endpoint support, device management, conference room systems, and vendor coordination for our global employees and office infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern workplace tools, experience working with global IT teams and fluency in English and Dutch. This is an onsite role based out of our Rotterdam office.
Key Responsibilities:
Device Troubleshooting & Support:
- Provide technical support for MacOS, Windows and Ubuntu systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and OS-related issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets using Jira Service Management (JSM).
Conference Room & IT Setup:
- Set up and maintain AV equipment, conference room systems, and remote meeting solutions.
- Troubleshoot video conferencing tools and hardware for seamless communication.
MDM Management, User Access & IT Security:
- Deploy and manage devices using Endpoint Central, Mosyle, and other MDM solutions.
- Manage user accounts, access controls, IT security policies and compliance
- Provide support for VPN, endpoint security, and system updates.
Networking & Infrastructure:
- Assist with basic network troubleshooting, including Cisco Meraki configurations.
- Support network connectivity issues and ensure a stable IT environment.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or similar role.
- Strong expertise in MacOS and Google Workspace. Experience with Windows and Ubuntu would be an asset(s).
- Experience with MDM tools like Endpoint Central and Mosyle.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Management - JSM).
- Basic knowledge of networking (Cisco Meraki preferred).
- Ability to troubleshoot conference room AV setups (Zoom, Google Meets, MS Teams etc) and IT equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication in Dutch and English.
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, or Google certifications) would be an asset(s).
- Experience with enterprise security policies and endpoint management would be an asset(s).
- Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for automation would be an asset(s).
