- Conduct experimental trials with new formulations, additives, and alternative binders to assess performance and optimize material properties.
- Record, analyze, and interpret test results using standardized methods (e.g., ASTM, EN standards).
- Operate and maintain laboratory testing equipment such as compression testing machines, mixers, and curing chambers.
- Support the development and validation of new materials by providing reliable data and technical insights.
- Collaborate with engineers and scientists to improve testing protocols and material design.
- Ensure quality control of materials used in pilot production or scale-up phases.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold strict safety and cleanliness standards within the laboratory.
Skills and qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in a construction materials or cement testing laboratory.

- Familiarity with ASTM, EN, or ISO testing standards related to cementitious materials.
- Strong data accuracy, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across R&D and operations teams.
- Passion for innovation and sustainable material development.
- Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, materials science, or a related field is a plus.
What We Offer:
