Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Industrial Maintenance Specialist to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience with working on industrial installations, a variety of knowledge of different material specifications, pipe systems, but also on industrial transmitters, and electrical systems. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability. This key role involves working in a dynamic and collaborative environment to support our production facilities and contribute to the overall success of our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance, adjustments, and repairs on industrial equipment to minimise downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
• Installation and Maintenance: Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment, piping systems, and electrical components.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues with equipment and machinery.
• Preventive Maintenance: Implement and adhere to preventive maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and reliability of industrial equipment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with operational procedures and safety standards.
• Spare Parts Inventory: Manage spare parts inventory to ensure critical components are readily available for maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations, fostering a safe working environment.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to address maintenance needs and support production goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
• Skills: Strong technical skills with proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems; ability to use various diagnostic tools and maintenance software.
• Attributes: Attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Education: A technical degree or equivalent certification in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
