Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to enhance our dynamic team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be pivotal in managing both feedstock and outgoing products. Your primary responsibilities will involve maintaining the production hall's cleanliness and organization, implementing an efficient management system for produced batches and spare parts, and ensuring seamless inventory operations to support production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Feedstock and Product Management: Efficiently oversee the logistics of incoming feedstock and outgoing products, ensuring timely and effective handling.
- Housekeeping: Maintain an immaculate, organized, and safe production hall, fostering an optimal workflow and adhering to safety standards.
- Batch Management System: Develop and implement a robust tracking system for produced batches, ensuring precise record-keeping and logical storage.
- Spare Parts Management: Establish and maintain an efficient management system for spare parts, ensuring availability and prompt ordering of necessary components.
- Inventory Tracking: Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers to replenish stock as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with production and maintenance teams to understand logistics needs and support overall production efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in logistics, inventory management, or a related field.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities; proficiency in inventory management software, including Microsoft Office.
- Attributes: Keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
