The Opportunity:
We're looking to add an outstanding Talent Manager with a strong focus on Recruitment and HR Operations to our team at Paebbl. This role is central to our growth; you will be managing the recruitment and retention of global top talent, building and cultivating a strong employer brand with a global focus, and ensuring seamless HR operations.
You will be working in an international setting with current and prospective employees coming from all continents; your role in shaping and maintaining our company culture will be pivotal at this early stage of our journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead our recruitment process end-to-end, securing top-tier talent to drive our mission forward
- Maintain transparent and timely communication with candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.
- Lead our relocation process to attract and relocate employees from around the world
- Working with our team leads to proactively forecasting and planning for staffing and other HR needs
- Design and roll out innovative employment marketing strategies to strengthen our presence among passive job seekers
- Oversee HR operations starting across The Netherlands, Sweden, and Finland, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations
- Review current Talent Operations processes and identify areas where further automation can be implemented effectively, ensuring system updates, data integrity, and actionable reporting
- Develop and maintain our careers website, making sure it embodies our brand and attracts the right candidates
- Coordinate and oversee employee development plans and performance management programs
Desired Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role with a focus on recruitment and HR Operations
- International recruitment experience is a plus
- Proficient in English, Dutch and/or Swedish, both in writing and speaking.
- Experience in a start-up would be a plus
- Deep knowledge of HR systems, data management, and reporting
- A thorough understanding of labour laws and HR best practices in The Netherlands, Sweden, Finland and other countries is a plus
- Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environmen
- EU work permit is a must
