Since 2012, we’ve been replacing outdated patrols and carbon-heavy methods with satellite-powered monitoring, AI, and geospatial technology. From our base in Delft, we support pipeline and grid operators across Europe and beyond. We make their operations safer, more sustainable, and more reliable.
Right now, Orbital Eye is experiencing rapid growth worldwide, especially in the Netherlands and Germany. That’s why we’re opening this internship: to strengthen our presence in these key markets while supporting our international expansion.
Your Role
As a Customer Success Intern, you will:
- Support the onboarding of new customers and help them quickly see value in our solution.
- Provide day-to-day assistance to customers and follow up on their needs.
- Monitor customer usage and satisfaction to foster long-term engagement.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
- Support activities in the German and Dutch markets, while also contributing internationally.
- Occasionally travel to meet customers in person.
This internship is a great opportunity to learn how customer success works in a fast-growing tech company, while making a tangible impact on our international expansion.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent/native German and English speaker (C2 level) — required.
- Full proficiency in Dutch is considered a strong asset.
- Enrolled in a Dutch university for the entire duration of the internship.
- Studying in a commercially oriented field (e.g. business, economics, marketing, international management, or related).
- Ambition to grow quickly and contribute to our mission.
- Based in or able to commute to Delft.
- Available for 32–40 hours per week.
