hip product, COSMIC-EYE, detects risks such as excavations near pipelines using SAR, multispectral, and optical satellite data, supported by intelligent analytics and cloud infrastructure.

looking for an R&D Intern to help us push the boundaries of what satellite-based monitoring can do.

🔭 Your Role
As an R&
Intern, you’ll work hands-on with our technical team to drive innovation in:
• Satell
te data processing, including SAR, multispectral, and high-resolution optical imagery • Machine
learning for change detection, classification, and task optimization • Geospatial data
pipelines, automation, and cloud-based processing • Interf
ace and dashboard tools that connect insights to end-users
You’ll c
ntribute to ongoing research and development projects and help shape the future of COSMIC-EYE.
📍 Location: Delft, the Netherlands (on-site, 4–5 days per week)
📅 Start date: Flexible – anytime between now and September

🧭 What We’re Looking For
Minimum
equirements: • Current
ly enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in: Engineeri
- ng, Ph
ysics, Data Science, Geomatics, Computer Science, or similar • Familia
rity with programming (preferably Python) • Interes
t in satellite data, AI, geospatial tech, or cloud platforms • Full pr
ofessional proficiency in English • Able to
work 4–5 days/week on-site in Delft

nce with EO or GIS tools (e.g. QGIS, GDAL, PostGIS) • Prior e
xposure to SAR or optical satellite data • Affinit
y with sustainability, infrastructure, or climate resilience topics
