Your Role

As our HR & Team Support Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our growing global team. Your initial focus will be on HR administration, with the expectation to take on recruitment support and internal communication over time. In the longer term, you’ll also contribute to building a strong team culture through team-building initiatives and close collaboration with our office management team.

Your responsibilities include:

• HR Operations: Manage personnel administration, employment contracts, and employee records.
• Compensation & Payroll: Support payroll processing, benefits, and coordination with providers (e.g. visa, 30%-ruling, pension).
• Employee Support: Be the first point of contact for HR-related questions (e.g. reimbursements, leave, well-being).
• Talent and Performance Management: Assist with the performance review cycles and talent management initiatives, including career development and succession planning.
• HR Reporting: Compile and deliver HR insights for leadership and stakeholders.
• Team Culture & Engagement: Contribute to team spirit through events and internal development initiatives.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Help run hiring processes and ensure smooth, value-aligned onboarding.

• HR Experience: You have experience in HR or a people-oriented role and a passion for supporting team growth and well-being.
• Proactive & Organized: You work accurately, manage priorities well, and take initiative without waiting to be asked.
• Flexible & Adaptable: You stay calm under pressure, adjust easily to shifting priorities, and bring a hands-on attitude to changing situations.
• Culturally Aware Communicator: You’re comfortable in international teams, communicate clearly, and are open to giving and receiving feedback.
• Self-Motivated & Reliable: You’re trustworthy, energetic, and can work independently while staying connected to the team.
• Language Skills: You speak and write English and Dutch professionally.
• Curious & Mission-Driven: You're curious about our mission, with an interest in technology and sustainability – even if it’s new to you.
