The role

Oppr is still founder-led: the CEO carries the pipeline end to end and delivers the deals he closes. That got our first customers live, and now we need to replicate and expand that model with new team members. We are building our team, and this is the role that owns delivery.

You take a deal we have closed and make it real. Together with the CEO you shape what the implementation should look like at that customer, then you own delivering it: getting the field data capture running inside a live plant, getting operators genuinely using it on their rounds, and proving the euros it delivered.

This is a forward-deployed role and most of it happens in the field. On site you design the proof of value hand in hand with the customer, train the operators, walk the routes with them and help them turn those routes into real improvements. In the office you work with the CEO and the development team to improve the product and get more value to the customer. The tool is only ever as good as the way it is set up and used, so this is a job you do with the customer, not to them. Operators can tell within five minutes whether you speak their language, and nothing works if they decide you do not.

What you will do

  • Design and run the proof of value. Shape the implementation with the customer, get the capture running, and prove first value against a baseline you set together.
  • Work on site with operators, engineers and the ops-manager champion. Drive real adoption on their actual rounds, not a training session and a hopeful goodbye.
  • Prove the realised euro value, and be first-line support. Keep the account healthy and unblock people fast. The number you produce with the champion is the number that wins the next site.
  • Surface expansion signals. Spot the next line or the next site, and hand a warm lead back to the CEO and the commercial team.
  • Feed the product and sharpen the playbook. You do not build the software, but you are the closest person we have to the truth. Recurring field issues and feature requests go straight from you into the roadmap.

What you bring

  • Real shop-floor credibility. You have worked on or around a factory or plant floor, as a process, plant or production engineer, or somewhere close enough that operators take you seriously. You can talk the customer's language without translating. This is the one thing we cannot teach and will not compromise on.
  • You get things done. Bias to action. You find the simple solution to a real problem instead of over-engineering or theorising, and you close the loop rather than waiting to be told.
  • You can run it as a project. Each implementation is a project with a start, a set of milestones and a customer counting on it, often across a few sites at once. You keep it moving, hold the plan, chase the loose ends and take the next action without being asked. Some form of project-management experience matters here.
  • You like tools. Comfortable and curious with data, software and AI. You will configure, troubleshoot and debug without waiting for an engineer, and you are genuinely keen to work AI-first. Scripting, dashboards or integration skills are a plus.
  • You build with people. A team player who sits down with operators and engineers to co-create the solution, not a consultant who presents a finished slide.
  • Comfortable being early. Happy to be relatively junior in a young company, to follow a playbook, and to build the parts of it that do not exist yet. If you have been an early delivery hire somewhere before, even better.
  • Bonus: the industry and the language. Exposure to waste-to-energy, incineration, recycling, biodigesters or heavy process is a real head start. So is Dutch, since we are selling to Dutch customers now, and German later, our next market. English is our working language: we are an international team.

What you are measured on

Short time-to-value. Getting the plant to a first meaningful result inside the roughly ten-week proof of value, keeping the account live and adopted, and setting up the expansion to the next line and the next site.

How this role grows

This is a ground-floor seat with an obvious ceiling above it. As the team grows there is an option to grow into Implementation & Support Lead: owning delivery quality, the playbook, the health-score model, and the engineers who come after you. It is a seat we intend to fill from within.
