Content & PR Lead
Online Payment Platform
Job description
3 reasons you should join our team as Content & PR Lead:
Shape how people see OPP. You will define how OPP is positioned in the market across content, PR and executive visibility.
Influence the funnel. From blog and whitepapers to executive social media and press outreach, you’ll ensure our narrative connects with prospects, partners, media and the broader fintech ecosystem.
-
Build something foundational. You’ll help build and lead our content and PR strategy, a role with autonomy, visibility and real strategic influence across the company.
At OPP, we’re building one of Europe’s fastest-growing payment platforms. Our technology empowers marketplaces and platforms to take, hold and disburse money securely and at scale. As we grow internationally, our narrative, across owned channels, earned media, thought leadership and executive positioning, will be increasingly critical to our success. This is not a pure copywriting role. You own strategy and execution across content and PR, building a scalable function with sharp storytelling.
What you’ll do
Strategy & positioning
Define and refine OPP’s content and PR strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
Translate company strategy and product roadmap into a clear external narrative.
Identify positioning opportunities based on market trends and customer insights.
Set priorities across channels and formats based on impact and resource allocation.
Content leadership
Own OPP’s brand narrative across website, blog, whitepapers, case studies and sales enablement materials.
Write and oversee high-quality long-form and short-form content that explains complex payment topics with clarity and authority.
Use AI tools intelligently to accelerate research, drafting, repurposing and distribution while maintaining quality and originality.
Build scalable workflows that increase output without compromising voice or positioning.
PR & thought leadership
Develop and execute OPP’s PR strategy, including target media, key messages and annual planning.
Build and maintain relationships with fintech journalists and relevant industry publications.
Proactively identify news angles, data-driven stories and thought leadership opportunities.
Position OPP leadership as visible industry voices across media and LinkedIn.
Define success metrics for PR and evaluate impact beyond vanity coverage.

You are a builder. You enjoy creating structure, defining roadmaps and improving workflows. You use modern tools, including AI, to increase speed and scale while maintaining quality and strategic control.
-
You are confident working with senior stakeholders and take ownership of outcomes, not just deliverables.
