If you’ve ever paid other users on platforms like Marktplaats, eBay-Kleinanzeigen, and Gumtree, or booked a holiday home via Nature.house or Micazu - then you’ve already met us. Our technology doesn't just arrange payments, it also allows platforms and marketplaces to accept, hold and disburse funds for their users. We serve about 15 million consumers and businesses and handle billions worth of transactions each year! Being a Junior Compliance Officer at Online Payment Platform means, you will play a vital role in ensuring we adhere to tight industry regulations and internal policies. Being part of fintech company that is rapidly scaling, you will receive plenty of freedom to work independantly - you get to do things how you see fit. We need you to:

+ Conduct risk analyses and provide comprehensive explanations of the findings.
+ Contribute to various aspects of compliance, including partner onboarding, partner reviews, transaction monitoring, and handling advisory requests from the support team.
+ Actively participate in process improvement initiatives, providing valuable insights and suggestions.

Your track record also shows

+ Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree
+ 1-2 years experience in a compliance-related role.

+ Great interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Confidence in taking initiative without being asked.

+ Fluency in Dutch + English.
