We are looking for a hands‑on ESG Officer to advance and implement our ESG strategy, lead impact calculations, and ensure compliance with global regulatory and reporting requirements.
Job requirements
Key responsibilities
Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the ESG strategy
Lead sustainability impact calculations, including environmental footprints, LCAs, and Scope 1–3 emissions
Prepare and write the Annual Corporate Impact & ESG Report, including CSRD‑aligned disclosures, in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
Manage ESG data collection, validation, and reporting for regulatory, customer, and investor requirements
Navigate and ensure compliance with global ESG and sustainability regulations
Lead hands‑on projects such as LCA, carbon accounting, and other impact assessments
Support audits, supplier sustainability initiatives, and value‑chain transparency
Act as internal point of contact for ESG topics and coordinate with external experts
Your profile
3+ years’ experience in ESG, sustainability, corporate responsibility
Hands‑on experience with sustainability impact calculations and ESG reporting
Strong understanding of ESG regulations and reporting frameworks (e.g. CSRD/ESRS)
