Job Description
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Agent to elevate our activities in the German speaking market. In this role, you will be responsible for both marketing and sales activities, focusing on increasing our brand awareness and generating new business in the DACH region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase our visibility in the German market.
- Create content and campaigns that meet the needs of our German customers.
- Support the social media team and email marketing campaigns targeting the German market.
- Analyse market trends and competition to identify opportunities.
- Actively approach potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Conduct sales conversations and negotiate contracts with new customers.
- Collaborate with the international marketing and sales team to leverage synergies.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar marketing or sales role.
- Excellent command of both German and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of and experience in the software or technology sector is a plus.
