The Internship:
If you’re looking for an internship where every day brings something new, you enjoy working with people, and you want to play an active role in shaping HR processes, this one is for you! You’ll support our HR operations, gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, and take ownership of tasks that genuinely contribute to a smooth and positive employee experience. This internship gives you the chance to develop practical HR skills, work on meaningful projects, and actively improve how we work as a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support with HR administration and day-to-day operational tasks

• Assist in mapping, improving, and standardizing HR processes

• Help with onboarding and supporting new team members

• Provide general assistance to the Head of HR across various projects

• Support with coordination and planning of internal events and team activities

• Proactively look for ways to improve and streamline HR practices

Who we are looking for:

• Organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership of tasks.

• Curious and motivated to learn about building an HR department from scratch.

• Able to remain neutral and handle confidential information responsibly.

• Fluent in English.

• You’re available full-time from February 2026 on for at least 5–6 months.
