Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and product designer to understand features and potential risk areas.
- Identify, report, and track bugs across the software development lifecycle.
- Write and maintain automated tests for the tech stacks we support
- Contribute to quality process improvements and tooling recommendations.
- Help foster a quality-first mindset within the team through feedback, discussion, and experimentation.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in exploratory/manual testing, with a talent for uncovering subtle issues and usability quirks.
- Exposure with at least one programming language (e.g., TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, Scala).
- Understanding of software development fundamentals (APIs, version control, CI/CD concepts).
- A growth mindset—you're constantly learning, open to feedback, and eager to expand your skill set.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with test automation frameworks or scripting.
- Exposure to agile methodologies or fast-paced startup environments.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Playwright, Gitlab, Jenkins
- Experience in web development and writing unit tests (JS, TS, React)
- Familiarity with business process automation modeling concepts like BPMN
Why Join Us:
- Opportunity to shape quality culture in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
- Work on meaningful products with a talented and passionate team.
- Continuous learning encouraged and supported (multiple training opportunities, learning budget, crafting days).
