This role is perfect for you if you are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful change. You’ll be creating compelling content that showcases the human impact of our technology, engaging audiences, and driving awareness for our social impact programs
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and implementation of projects related to social impact initiatives.
- Conducts market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the realm of social impact marketing.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including content for social media, blog posts, and promotional campaigns, with a focus on social responsibility and sustainability.
- Help organize and participate in events and activities that promote Mendix's commitment to social impact and sustainability.
- Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to enhance Mendix's social impact efforts.
- Engage in open dialogue and knowledge sharing with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, fostering a culture of inclusivity and collaboration
Requirement's for the role:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social sciences, such as Marketing, Communications, HRM or a related field, with a passion for diversity and inclusion.
- Affinity for social impact, sustainability, and CSR, with a dedication to providing fair opportunities.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills or a willingness to learn these skills.
- Fluency in the English language
- A monthly salary based on educational level and working hours a week.
