Our Governance teams take care of a complex domain which are instrumental to the success of our customers. Teams in this domain take care of entitlements, metering of usage, user access and identity. Furthermore we add visibility on their usage on our platform and the ability to act on this.

Our teams are independent but your not alone. You will be able to interact and work closely with other teams across Mendix.
We do drink our own champagne so knowledge or interest to work with the Mendix low-code stack is part of the job. We are a hybrid company and expect you to joint the office one to two day’s a week. More is never a problem.
You’ll help our customers drive digital innovation by:
- Assuring that your part of the platform runs smoothly and securely. It's an integral part of our customer's setup and is in use for their mission-critical systems
- Conquering technical challenges by finding innovative solutions. You'll have the opportunity to harness all your skills to make a difference in your role
- Always have a customer-first approach
- Have a high standard of quality, this is non-optional for you
- Think at scale
We’re looking for you if:
- You have 5+ years of software development experience with Java; good to have Go or Python
- You are an artisan and able to create reliable, maintainable and scalable solutions
- You understand the mindset: you build it, you run it
- You lead by example
- You have a home address within a reasonable commute time from our Rotterdam office or are open to relocate to the Netherlands.
- Are willing to work with the Mendix low-code application development suite. Twenty per cent of your time will be in this domain
- You strive in unknowns and welcome challenges along the way. You are able to strike a balance between experimenting and pragmatism
- Are able to find the right tool/language for the problem. Currently, we work in Java, Python and Go
- Worked with Cloud providers like AWS and have working knowledge of Kubernetes / Docker. Or willing to learn
