We are seeking an experienced Business Controller/Financial Controller to support the Finance Team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the order to drive and scale the Financial processes in a hypergrowth environment.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for financial follow-up for one or more of the business areas and close collaboration with the Business Partners
- Analyse, report and follow-up of the company’s Balance Sheet as well P&L positions and prepare budget and forecast
- Supporting the monthly forecast process by owning various reports that contribute directly or indirectly towards the creation of the major Financial Statements & KPIs (Balance Sheet, P&L, Free Cash Flow and FTE)
- Support in all Transfer Pricing topics
- Quality assurance of the accounts and ensure correct accounting treatment in accordance with applicable laws and regulations as well as Siemens’s own guidelines
- Coordinate and perform activities related to current accounting and period-end activities
- Coordination and assessing internal control processes
- Providing ad-hoc analysis and reporting too stakeholders
Desired skills
- Ideally possesses a bachelor or master degree in Finance/Accounting on HBO or university level or equivalent work experience
- Strong financial controlling/analysis experience ideally gained within a large organisation
- IT Industry work experience would be highly beneficial
- Ability to speak Dutch would be beneficial for the role but not compulsory
