We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical & Pre-Sales Intern with technical background. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in computer network basics, Office Software, and fluent English. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Your mission

Daily Business Operation Support:

• Assist team members to proceed product or software testing and output test report
• Assist in troubleshooting and handling after-sales issues
• Online product information platform maintenance
• Sample material image processing and calibration used for AI Algorithm machine training.
• Assist in shooting product demonstration video or operation guidance video
• Provide technical assistance to team members as needed

Your profile

• Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree. Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology educational background. Or other major backgrounds with computer & network related Knowledge
• Able to intern for more than six consecutive months, at least 3 working days per week.

Technical Skills:

• Experience in video shooting & editing is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating engaging presentations.

Communication Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferably Chinese and English speaker

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Team Player:

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.

Organizational Skills:
