Grow with BCG | Mentorship program

Welcome to Grow with BCG, our Women’s Mentorship Program. This program is designed to give students who are interested in self-discovery the opportunity to get to know their strengths, maximise their unique potential and connect with inspirational women from a wide variety of backgrounds.

From December 2026 to June 2027, we will enroll a selected group of top students in this six-month program. Each participant will be assigned a BCG mentor who will guide you throughout your journey. The program consists of six workshops delivered by professional trainers and BCG role models as well as a range of social activities.

Who are we looking for?

We invite applications from students currently studying at a Dutch university. Are you in your (pre-)Master’s or final year of your Bachelor’s? Do you want to grow in an inclusive environment and connect with inspiring people? Then we’d love to hear from you!

We are looking for native/fluent Dutch speaking students.

What you’ll gain

The workshops will take place on the following dates:

• Workshop 1 – 8:30am till 2pm, December 38th, 2025
• Workshop 2 – 8:30am till 2pm, January 12th, 2026
• Workshop 3 – 8:30am till 2pm, February 16th, 2026
• Workshop 4 – 8:30am till 2pm, March 23th, 2026
• Workshop 5 – 8:30am till 2pm, May 11th, 2026
• Workshop 6 – 2pm till 8pm, June 10th, 2026
