We’re looking for an Account Manager who helps our customers achieve measurable hiring success, strengthens long-term relationships, and contributes directly to retention and growth.

The role

As an Account Manager at Magnet.me, you’ll own a portfolio of B2B customers and help them get maximum value from our platform. You’ll combine relationship management, strategic consulting and commercial ownership: from performance reviews and customer advice to renewals and growth opportunities.

During onboarding, you’ll start with a smaller portfolio. Over time, you’ll grow into managing around 60 customers, representing approximately €600k ARR. You’ll be responsible for customer outcomes, retention and renewals, with an 80% renewal target as part of your goals.

You’ll join as the third Account Manager in the team and work closely with our medior and senior Account Managers, Customer Enablement colleagues, and teams across Product, Growth and New Business.

This is a role for someone who enjoys ownership, likes improving how things work, and gets energy from helping customers succeed in a scaling company.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B customers
  • Help customers improve hiring results through Magnet.me
  • Lead business reviews and strategic customer conversations
  • Analyze performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Drive renewals, reduce churn and spot commercial opportunities
  • Expand existing accounts by identifying and developing relevant growth opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Bring customer feedback and market insights back into the business

What we’re looking for

You’re a medior or early senior Account Manager, Customer Success Manager or similar B2B customer-facing professional. You’re comfortable managing customer relationships independently, leading commercial conversations and turning customer data into clear actions.

You bring:

  • Experience in Account Management, Customer Success or a similar B2B role
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Commercial awareness and ownership over results
  • The confidence to challenge customers constructively
  • An analytical and proactive mindset
  • The ability to manage multiple customers and priorities at the same time
  • Fluency in Dutch and English

Compensation

For this role, the compensation package typically looks like:

  • Base salary: €3,100–€4,500 gross per month (excl. holiday allowance)
  • Variable compensation: approximately €18,000 annually at target
  • OTE: approximately €58,000–€76,000 per year, including holiday allowance

The exact offer depends on experience level, relevant B2B/SaaS experience, commercial ownership, and the level of independence someone can bring from day one.
