YOUR NEW ROLE As a Support Employee at Knaken, you are more than just a team member. You are the first line of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in providing excellent service. Your responsibilities Answer customer questions via phone, email and chat; Support customers in resolving issues with their accounts and transactions; Advise customers on our products and services; Document and report common issues to improve processes; Collaborate with other departments to provide customer-focused solutions. We are looking for someone who Has strong communication skills and is customer-focused; Has experience in a customer service or support role; Has an affinity with fintech, crypto, and new technologies; Is a problem solver and stress-resistant; Has a proactive attitude and can work independently.
