It also employs AI to continually gather new insights and update the internal knowledge base, making it a holistic knowledge management solution.
The ideal candidate
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing or a related field
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
Proactive and independent attitude
Available for 16 hours per week
Derives energy from customer contact and being involved in sales processes
Strong problem-solving skills
Works in an organized and structured manner
Knowledge of coding or technical skills is a plus
What we do
Closure has started out as a B2B tech scale-up that supports relatives after the passing of a loved one, by taking care of the cancellation and alteration of subscriptions, contracts and accounts. We now offer a range of SaaS solutions aimed at streamlining communication for enterprises and large SMEs, with a strong focus on our latest offering, Jochem.ai. Initially starting with just Jochem as our first employee, our team has since grown to seven members. With this expansion, it became challenging for our customer care team to maintain the same level of expertise. Recognizing this, we developed Jochem.ai for colleagues, a privacy-safe, self-learning assistant that integrates seamlessly into various communcation platforms like Slack via a plug-in. Jochem.ai significantly reduces knowledge update time, enhances onboarding, and decreases inquiries to senior colleagues by 60 to 80%. Additionally, we've introduced Jochem for ticketing, a specialized customer care application that effortlessly integrates Jochem.ai into software like Trengo and Freshdesk, providing real-time knowledge-based suggestions for addressing customer queries.
As a Growth and Partnership Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Jochem.ai. You will work closely with our sales team and collaborate with key partners to drive growth and establish strategic partnerships. You will be involved in the sales cycle from start to finish. This means ensuring that customer appointments are scheduled and confirmed. Subsequently, you will be in direct contact with enterprises, conducting conversations to identify the needs and pain points of prospects. You will then tailor Jochem.ai's offerings to meet the specific needs of these companies. In our CRM system, you will track the current sales cycles and re-engage with past contacts.
In addition, it is essential to gather key insights that help us enhance our processes and optimize our product. Being in direct contact with customers, you play a crucial role in providing us with valuable feedback to drive improvements. Initial screening: The recruiter will assess your CV and motivation letter for alignment with the position's requirements. If you pass the initial screening, a 15-minute phone call will be scheduled to delve deeper into your motivation
First interview: The primary goal of this interview is to evaluate your alignment with the company's values and culture. You will have in-depth interviews with both the recruiter and the CEO to discuss your motivation.
Second interview + case: This interview will center around the role, including a case study you need to prepare in advance and will be with both the recruiter and the appropriate manager. Following this interview, you will receive a brief introduction to the team.
Lunch with the founder: The application process concludes with a lunch with the CEO.
