We will trust you with:
Owning and executing daily People Ops processes across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance, benefits, engagement, and exits;
Maintaining accurate employee records, manage HR systems, and streamline policies and documentation;
Identifying and closing gaps in the remote and onsite employee experience, creating standardized, scalable workflows;
Using people data and insights to continuously improve employees journey and People processes;
Ensuring compliance with Dutch labor laws, GDPR, and internal policies;
Drafting and managing contracts and employment documentation; handling absence tracking (e.g. sick leave, parental leave) and supporting international relocations, visa processes, and benefits like 30% ruling and pensions;
Collaborating with Finance and payroll providers to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll execution;
Being the first point of contact for employee queries related to contracts, payroll, benefits, and compliance;
Fostering a healthy, inclusive team culture through well-being programs, appreciation moments, global team events, and collaborative People & Culture initiatives.
