Your team
You will be joining the Marketing team as a senior leader, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing. You'll manage a high-performing team of 6 specialists and work closely with Regional leaders, Product, Data, and Brand teams to drive sustainable, profitable growth. across three distinct brands and multiple European markets.
Your role and Impact
As Head of Performance, you will be responsible for scaling and optimizing our entire demand generation engine, including paid and organic acquisition across all three brands in the group (HousingAnywhere, Studapart, and Kamernet) and multiple European markets, delivering efficient and predictable customer acquisition.
This is a hands-on role in which you’ll split your time between strategic planning and technical execution. You’ll be the go-to expert for all things performance marketing, from campaign optimization to attribution modeling.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and own the overarching performance marketing strategy for the HousingAnywhere Group (HousingAnywhere, Studapart, Kamernet), delivering efficient and predictable user acquisition.
- Lead the strategy and execution of our multi-million euro performance marketing budget across paid and organic channels, managing forecasting, allocation, reporting, and optimization across all three brands to maximize ROAS.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing performance marketing team, fostering a data-driven culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Direct the group's organic growth strategy by owning the global SEO roadmap, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Content teams on technical SEO, content, and link-building.
- Champion a sophisticated analytics framework, implementing advanced attribution models to accurately measure the full-funnel impact of each channel and inform strategic decisions.
- Drive automation, creative testing, and personalization at scale. Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels and growth levers beyond the current core mix.
- Lead the technical implementation of tracking infrastructure, attribution models, and analytics frameworks. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Brand, and Data teams to optimize the end-to-end user journey, drive conversion rate optimization (CRO), improve CAC, LTV, and ROAS, and test new growth opportunities.
Your profile
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role, managing multi-million annual budgets across multiple channels and markets.
- Proficiency in major paid platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads), with proven track record in driving growth through paid and organic channels and scaling acquisition programs in B2C or marketplace environments (international experience is a plus).
- Deeply technical and hands-on: you can personally set up conversion tracking, debug pixel issues, write SQL queries, build complex attribution models or API integrations, and optimize bidding algorithms and measurement frameworks to effectively assess and predict channel performance.
- Strong analytical mindset and communication skills. You can translate complex data into actionable insights and clear business impact.
- Leadership experience managing high-performing teams, with a track record of developing talent and building collaborative, data-driven cultures.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Prior experience in a two-sided marketplace is strongly preferred.
- Passion for experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement. Curious and up to date with the latest trends in AI, automation, and performance tools.
