Your team
You will be joining the Marketing department, working closely with Performance, PR, Content and local market teams. Together, we build a strong, consistent brand that resonates with students, drive trust and preference, and supports long-term growth across Europe.
Your role and impact
As a Brand Specialist, you will help ensure that HousingAnywhere is consistently and effectively represented across all brand touchpoints, from a TikTok video to a university campus activation. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy and execution, covering the full brand journey and turning our brand positioning into tangible campaigns, assets, and experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing creative concepts and campaign narratives for global initiatives, from insight to idea.
- Support brand strategy development through research, insights, and definition of content and messaging for students, aligned with the global brand narrative.
- Translate brand strategy into high-quality creative assets, both online and offline (static and video assets for social media and web, posters, event booths).
- Planning and executing brand activations, including university and on-campus initiatives across key European markets.
- Coordinating and supporting content creation and asset delivery across social media, website, and digital campaigns.
- Partnering with Supply teams to deliver brand-led campaigns for landlords, aligned with student-facing messaging.
- Ensuring strong brand consistency and execution excellence across all touchpoints and channels.
- Support and evolve the brand across multiple brands (HousingAnywhere, Kamernet, Studapart) within a unified brand architecture.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who combines brand sensibility, executional excellence, and a strong sense of ownership. You are:
- 2–4 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Communications, or a related role.
- Experienced working with brand guidelines, campaigns, and creative assets.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
- Structured, organised, and detail-oriented, without losing sight of the big picture.
- Creative, curious, and eager to experiment and learn.
- Able to implement adjustments to creative assets using tools such as Canva or Figma.
- Confident working in English (written and spoken).
Nice to have (but not required):
- Experience working in a marketplace, scale-up, or international environment.
- Exposure to PR, partnerships, event organization, activations, social media, or employer branding.
- Experience managing agencies or freelancers.
