Head of Performance Marketing
HousingAnywhere
We’re on a mission to become the go-to destination for students across Europe to find a trusted home away from home. We make every move simple and seamless, so students can focus on what really matters: studying, exploring, and growing in their new city.
With HousingAnywhere, Kamernet, and Studapart under our roof, we’re proud to be Europe’s largest mid-term rental platform. And we’re just getting started.
Our international teams are driven by a shared purpose: to empower students to embrace change, unlock their potential, and shape a world without borders.
You’ll find us in Rotterdam, Paris, and Cergy, working across cultures and time zones, always guided by our four core values:
- Ownership
- We are Enablers
- We are Changemakers
- We are Connectors
Your role
We seek a strategic and results-driven Head of Performance Marketing to lead all paid acquisition and growth channels across all three brands of the group: HousingAnywhere, Studapart, and Kamernet.
This is a senior, strategic, and hands-on role, responsible for defining and executing our global acquisition strategy and ensuring profitable, scalable growth across multiple brands and markets.
You’ll report directly to the VP of Marketing and lead a cross-functional team.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and own the overarching performance marketing strategy for the HousingAnywhere Group (HousingAnywhere, Kamernet, Studapart), driving user acquisition for both supply (landlords) and demand (tenants).
- Lead the strategy and execution for all performance channels: Paid Search (SEM), Paid Social, SEO, and Affiliate Marketing, optimizing for group-level ROI.
- Build, lead, and coach a high-performing performance marketing team, fostering a data-driven culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Own and manage the entire multi-million euro performance marketing budget, including forecasting, allocation, and reporting on key KPIs to the executive leadership.
- Direct the group's organic growth strategy by owning the global SEO roadmap, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Content teams on technical SEO, content, and link-building.
- Champion a sophisticated analytics framework, implementing advanced attribution models to accurately measure the full-funnel impact of each channel and inform strategic decisions.
- Master automation, creative testing, and personalization at scale. Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels and growth levers beyond the current core mix.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Brand, and Data teams to optimize the end-to-end user journey, drive conversion rate optimization (CRO), improve CAC, LTV, and ROAS, and test new growth opportunities.
Your profile
- 8+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing multi-channel paid acquisition and developing high-performing teams.
- Proven track record in driving growth through paid and organic channels and scaling paid acquisition programs in B2C or marketplace environments (international experience is a plus).
- Hands-on strategic leader with experience managing and optimizing multi-million euro budgets across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical mindset and communication skills. You’re able to translate data into business impact.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, attribution models and measurement frameworks to effectively assess channel performance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Prior experience in a two-sided marketplace is strongly preferred.
- Experience in mobile app user acquisition and retention strategies is a strong plus.
- Passion for experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement. Curious and up to date with the latest trends in AI, automation, and performance tools.
