The team

The Customer Care Department consists of 3 teams which are responsible for managing enquiries, processing requests and ensuring the overall safety and success for users of our platforms. The Trust and Safety team is responsible for fraud prevention, review management, and moderation activities across our platforms.

Your role & Impact

  • Participate in managing and responding to customer reviews, including contacting users to gain greater insights into their experience with HousingAnywhere and Kamernet.
  • Manage and action Tenant reviews on HousingAnywhere
  • Participate in managing and actioning fraud prevention activities to ensure our users on HousingAnywhere and Kamernet are interacting with legitimate users
  • Participate in quality improvement activities for Kamernet listings
  • Manage User reports and take action to ensure reported users are using Kamernet and HousingAnywhere in line with our Terms and Conditions and are providing a good experience to other users
  • Accurately document any investigation undertaken in your tasks to provide greater analysis opportunities
  • Identify improvements to your processes and share these with your Manager
  • Proactively participate in continuous learning of both the HousingAnywhere and Kamernet platforms, and associated customer requests/insights through feedback collection, self-study, training, experience, discussion, research and sharing of best practice to report potential improvements.
  • Proactively participate in Team Meetings, 1:1s and other discussions
  • Proactively work towards meeting and/or exceeding your statistical KPI results
  • Participate in improving our Internal Knowledgebase
  • Manage Tenant Protection Cases to support users in finding alternative accommodation.
  • Manage Data Deletion requests
  • There may be other activities assigned, or projects that you will participate in to help the Customer Care department achieve its goals.

Your profile

  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Other European languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Experience in review management, complaint management or fraud prevention will be highly regarded.
  • You are a driven, self starter that values a role that contributes towards the success of a business.
  • A solution oriented mindset.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.

Practicalities

  • Your regular working hours will be Friday through to Monday, 9am - 6pm with a one hour lunch break.
  • The training period for the successful applicant will be 4 weeks, during our normal operational period of Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm, with a one hour lunch break.
