The team
In this role, you will be part of the Sales Enablement Team. This team is part of our Sales & Supply Department, consisting of around 40 team members working towards the mission to ensure that every tenant who is actively looking for accommodation can always find a home through our platform.

The role
The Sales Operations Specialist will fuel the performance of our sales organisation. You will be mainly responsible for creating, optimising and further automating our systems, tools and processes for the sales team, with a strong focus on our CRM (Hubspot).


  • You will manage our CRM (Hubspot) and proactively initiate optimisations of our systems, processes and integrated tools to increase the productivity and performance of the sales team.
  • You will be the owner of the 3rd party tools for calling, customer engagement and lead generation (e.g. Aircall, Outreach, MessageMedia, Allforleads)
  • You will collaborate with our Engineers from our Business Operations team to integrate and streamline data between the HousingAnywhere platform and our CRM.
  • Being a two-sided marketplace we have multiple teams working with our CRM. You will advise and educate CRM users from the stakeholder teams (e.g. Marketing, Partnerships and Customer Solutions).
  • Together with the Heads of Marketing, Customer Solutions and Sales you initiate company-wide CRM improvements and documentation needs.
  • You will be working closely with our Sales Managers to coordinate the implementation across our 16 countries and 44 cities and expand.
  • You will help define and drive the vision for our lead generation strategy on the supply side of the marketplace and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Marketplace Ops to execute the strategy.
  • Moving the Sales Enablement domain forward, the role in the future would also encompass the co-creation and managing of sales content such as slide decks, email templates, case studies and educational content for the sales team.

Your profile

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team
  • Fast-paced scale-up environment is a plus
  • Experience working with/within a Sales team is a plus
