HousingAnywhere is Europe’s largest rental accommodation marketplace. With the full ownership of Kamernet and the acquisition of majority stakes of Studapart, the company represents 30 million+ yearly unique visitors, 160,000+ properties available for rent and 100,000+ tenants finding their new homes in Europe, based on the 2022 performance. Young professionals and students, mostly aged between 18 and 35, looking to rent a home are matched with accommodation providers; ranging from private real estate owners to large-scale property managers. Through its advanced platform, tenants typically book longer stays outside of their country of origin and rent accommodation for 3 to 12 months. The Rotterdam-based technology scale-up currently employs 260 people.

The Team

Our HR & Recruitment team work closely with each other, in order to make the team member journey from recruitment to HR as smooth as possible, providing an incredible positive experience. The team consists of 5 recruiters and 3 HR professionals. We work in the Rotterdam office with the entire team at least two times a week because we find cooperation and team spirit super important for our happiness at work.

Your role and impact 🚀

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for internships: From beginning to end ( screening candidates, interviewing them and managing the pipeline).
• You will work closely with managers on their hiring needs and challenges.
• Proactively source talent to build a strong candidate pool.
• Contribute to the improvement of the candidate experience.
• Being in contact with universities to stay up to date on new requirements and promote our internships.
• Supporting tasks to help boost our Employer Branding initiatives.

Your profile 👽

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to engage with people easily.
• You are passionate about Recruitment and Human Resources. Prior affinity with and/or majoring in HR or related field is a plus
• You are able to take full ownership of your projects and work independently.
• You are very organised, detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You are full of energy and eager to bring good vibes to the team!

Practicalities 🕗

• Starting: September 2023
• Full-time position (40 hours a week)
• 6 months internship
• The internship allowance is €700 per month
• You will work from our HQ in Rotterdam, the Netherlands
