The team:

The mission of the Internal Operations team is to work closely with internal teams to understand their needs and identify areas for improvement. By leveraging technology and data, the team aims to streamline processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and create workflows that increase speed, minimize human error, guarantee compliance, and automate tasks.

Our stack:

At the Backend we mostly use Go, Postgres and Redis. At the Frontend we use React, Typescript, NodeJs.

Our infrastructure runs on GCP, and are heavy users of Kubernetes.

Our Architecture is a distributed architecture with several “Modular Monoliths”.

We practise DevOps, Continuous Engineering, Domain Driven Design and Contract Driven Development.

Your role and impact:

As the Tech Lead for the Internal Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving the team's mission by enabling internal teams to deliver exceptional services through efficient and effective processes and workflows. You will work closely with a diverse and talented team of individuals across different teams, each with unique skills and backgrounds, who share a passion for using technology to make a difference.

• responsible for the technical direction of the projects of the teams
• responsible for the health and quality of the systems managed and developed by the teams.
• provides guidance and support to the team members, mentor them, and ensure that the software they produce meets the technical standards and requirements of the project.
• Ensure the features and projects are built according to technical strategy and Vision set by the organisation.

Your profile:

• Typically more than 5 years of software development experience in scaling tech organisation, including at least one experience as a Tech Lead
• Background focused in backend engineering but also comfortable to lead FE engineers in their project.
• Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
• Aware of the latest technology trends, practices in the industry.
• Team player that empowers the team to solve technical challenges and problems through ownership and delegation.
