We currently have a team of 100+ people and offices in the Netherlands, Germany, and Hungary. Our team combines programmers and energy specialists, data scientists and top-tier consulting alums. We are expanding quickly and looking for a HR intern to support our growing team.
What We Do
We offer a SaaS solution to create Digital Twins of district heating and industrial heating networks. These Digital Twins, powered by AI and analytics, optimize heating networks from heat sources to industrial processes, and heat users. As a result, we are transforming networks by reducing CO2 emissions and optimising operations in terms of temperatures, pressures, costs, losses, and more.
What You Will Do
In this role you will get a large amount of exposure and hands on experience working with and supporting HR & recruitment functions at a young and growing company.
Day-to-day HR Administration: Preparing international legal documents such as employment contracts, hiring letters, and managing contract changes.
Tracking and managing employee sick leave, special leave, holidays, probation periods, and more.
Register new employees in our HR system, manage the (digital) employee files, and propose process improvements.
You will support with the on-boarding of new employees, both administratively and physically at our office.
HR projects: participating in various HR initiatives.
Support the recruitment process: assist with preparing vacancies, sourcing, and coordinating with candidates.
Who you are
Eligible to work in the Netherlands.
Enrolled at a Dutch university, preferably in the field of Human Resource Management or Organizational Studies.
Available for 4-5 days per week.

Have great communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
You also possess:
A collaborative attitude with a hands-on mentality
A strong passion for HR and employee experience
Interest in working within an international scale-up environment
Passion for sustainability topics
Organizational sensitivity
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

An internship allowance of 500 euro gross based on a 40 hour work week.
