Providing heating and cooling for homes, buildings and industry accounts for roughly 50% of global energy consumption. Smart production, exchange and consumption of heat in heating grids is the most significant opportunity for cities and industries to decarbonise. Yet, as heating grids transform towards renewables, they become increasingly complex and require a new approach to control and design.
Gradyent is a leading software provider that helps cities and heavy industry decarbonise faster by digitising, optimising, and transforming their heat networks with our Digital Twin. We are growing quickly and looking for a recruiter to help us scale — our team has doubled in the past two years and we’re positioned for continued growth.
What You Will Do
Gradyent is scaling-up and in a position for sustained growth. We are looking for another recruiter to join our team and assist with the expansion.
As a Recruiter at Gradyent, you will work closely with the existing recruiter, HR team, and hiring managers to play a pivotal role in building our teams. You will champion recruitment best practices and new approaches to increase hiring and reduce attrition.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
- Conducting interviews to assess the candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- 360 Recruitment: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer & negotiation.
- Maintaining accurate candidate records and updating the applicant tracking system.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure they have a positive recruitment journey.
What You Bring
- 1+ years of recruitment experience, ideally as an in-house recruiter at a fast moving SaaS company.
- Proven experience in working with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Ability to communicate clearly & concisely with stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable with a fast-changing work environment due to company growth.
Experience conducting competency and behavioural-based interviews.
Proactive and pragmatic problem solver with well-developed people skills.
Comfortable with a fast-changing and international work environment.
Fluency in English, Dutch or German is a plus.
Based in the Netherlands.
