At Gradyent we're looking for a Growth Marketer to join our team.

Who we are

Providing heating for homes, buildings, and industry accounts for roughly 50% of global energy consumption. Heating is, therefore, one of the largest opportunities in the world to decarbonise; transforming Heating Grids unlocks the potential of low-carbon heat sources such as geothermal and waste heat. Yet, as Heating Grids transform, they will become increasingly complex and require a new approach to control and design. We believe that digital and data play a key role in this transformation and that traditional tooling for District Heating and Industrial Steam Grids has been insufficient.

With our real-time Digital Twin Platform, we create digital copies of complete Heating Grids that run in real time. This comprehensive software solution enables district and industrial heating companies optimise their grid, increase control and run simulations of future situations. So that they can improve performance, reduce CO2 emissions by up to 10%, save on operating costs, realise up to 20% lower CapEx and make smarter operational and business decisions.

We work with large district and industrial heating partners in Europe, such as E.ON, Eneco, Ennatuurlijk, Helen, Nobian, Uniper, and Wien Energie. Our team consists of 70+ energy specialists, engineers, data scientists and top-tier consulting alumni and is backed by investors Capricorn Partners, Eneco, ENERGIIQ, and Helen Ventures.

What you will do

As our Growth Marketer, you will be part of Gradyent’s international marketing team. Your focus is to orchestrate, build and evaluate multi-touch & channel Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Demand Gen campaigns in multiple regions. You will do this by setting up campaign assets in HubSpot Marketing Hub, other ABM tools, and advertising platforms.

You will act as the main HubSpot spokesperson and contact internally, so keeping your overall knowledge of the platform up to date is something you do intrinsically.

You’ll have an essential role in strategic campaign brainstorming sessions and asked to provide advice on technological possibilities, campaign best practices, and content (distribution) ideas. You’ll enjoy a lot of creative freedom to design and implement campaigns, tie different parts of the tech stack together, and experiment with new features and technologies as they emerge in Martech space.

This new role is part of the global marketing team that currently consists of a content marketeer and a marketing intern as well as several freelancers in design, growth marketing, technical copywriting and website development. You’ll be reporting into the Head of Marketing & Communications and will closely work together with the Product Marketing Manager and regional Business Development Leads.

What You Bring

  • 4-8 years relevant hands-on experience
  • Of which 2+ years in B2B SaaS Growth Marketing, preferably having worked with/at high annual contract value (ACV) SaaS, executing ABM strategies
  • Proficient in and passionate about ABM and Demand Gen:
        • Good organisational and planning skills – experience with orchestrating ABM campaigns, collecting input from different stakeholders, planning actions, keeping track of progression, remaining oversight, reporting on results and good at managing and documenting processes
        • Ability to be cross-functional coordinator, involving BDLs and setting the pace
    • Solid HubSpot experience in:

      • HubSpot list building, usually based on lifecycle stages; leveraging these for lifecycle-based campaigns
      • HubSpot Marketing Pro Hub: Mapping out and creating lead nurturing workflows, implementing (smart) CTAs, (pop-up) forms and HubSpot landing page sets; connecting external advertising platforms with HubSpot.
  • Proficiency with rest of the ABM tool stack:
      • Leveraging visitor identification / intent software like Dealfront

      • Setting up targeted LinkedIn (retargeting) advertising campaigns

      • Implementation of Google advertising campaigns and Google tag manager

      • Excel/Gsheets proficiency; formulas, pivot tables and other list-building features hold little secrets for you

  • Possession of soft skills needed in a high-paced scale up environment:
    • Positive and flexible personality, the ability to cope with changing scopes and solid problem-solving skills.
    • Proactive, entrepreneurial, results-oriented attitude with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced organisation
    • Able to work independently whilst aligning with the broader team on goals & expectations.
