At geoFluxus, we help large companies and organizations gain control over their waste and material flows. We collect and validate waste-related data and turn it into concrete circular opportunities. Our SaaS platform automates the full process: from data collection and validation to reporting, compliance, and actionable insights.
We have product-market fit, a clearly defined ICP, and strong customer proof. As we scale into new markets and industries, we’re looking for a Marketing Lead who will take ownership of our messaging, positioning, and content strategy and turn our value into clear, compelling stories that drive growth.
The Role
As Marketing Lead at geoFluxus, you own how we show up in the market.
You are responsible for shaping our narrative, strengthening our positioning, and translating complex data- and sustainability-driven value into clear messaging for decision-makers.
You will:
- Own messaging and positioning across ICPs, industries, and buyer personas
- Define and execute our content strategy (website, thought leadership, cases, whitepapers, sales enablement)
- Translate product value into clear commercial narratives in close collaboration with Sales and Product
- Support go-to-market efforts for new markets, features, or segments
- Manage and improve lead generation foundations (together with Sales)
- Oversee brand consistency across channels and materials
- Coordinate external partners (e.g. performance marketing or content agencies) where needed
This role is ideal if you enjoy combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and want to build marketing in a start-up where impact is tangible and close to real-world problems.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing (or similar complex B2B environment)
- Strong experience with messaging, positioning, and content
- Ability to translate complex products or data-driven solutions into clear, compelling stories
- Experience working closely with Sales (sales enablement, ICPs, value propositions)
- Affinity with sustainability, circular economy, waste, or ESG is a strong plus ‣ If not, strong motivation to learn is essential
- Comfortable operating in a start-up environment with ownership and ambiguity
- Experience with demand generation, product marketing, or go-to-market is a plus
- Fluent in English. Dutch is a plus, but not required.
Formal education is not a requirement. Experience, ownership, and clarity of thinking matter more.
