Our SaaS platform automates the full process: from data collection and validation to reporting, compliance, and actionable insights.
We have product-market fit, a clearly defined ICP, clear ROI calculations and customers who see real value in what we deliver. As we expand into new markets, we’re looking for an experienced Account Executive who combines commercial excellence with real-world impact.
The Role
As an Account Executive at geoFluxus, you own full, consultative sales cycles with mid- to large enterprises, closing often complex, value-driven deals.
You will:
- Run end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting → discovery → demo → proposal → negotiation → close
- Build and manage pipeline through outbound prospecting (and inbound where available)
- Attend industry specific conferences and events.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder deals (e.g., sustainability/ESG, HSE, procurement, operations, finance)
- Translate customer needs around data and circularity into a clear business case
- Work closely with Customer Success, Data Delivery, and Engineering to deliver the best outcome for customers
This role is a fit if you enjoy full-cycle SaaS sales, like building pipeline proactively, and want to sell a solution that contributes to a more circular economy.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (closing experience preferred)
- Fluent in Dutch and English. ‣ Spanish,French, Italian or German are a plus
- Strong track record in prospecting and building pipeline ‣ Affinity with SalesOps, Lead Management and tooling is a plus
- Experience closing (or a clear ambition to close) complex, multi-stakeholder deals ‣ Familiarity with qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDICC/SPICED) is a plus
- Experience with data-driven solutions, or analytics is a strong plus
- Affinity with sustainability, waste, circular economy, or ESG is a big plus ‣ If not, strong motivation to learn is a must
- Ambition to grow into a team lead role over time is welcome
Formal education is not a requirement, experience and motivation matter more.

- A 36-hour workweek, with every other Friday off - without any impact on your salary
- A hybrid working setup: Wednesday to Friday at our Rotterdam office, the rest of the week you can work where you prefer (home or office)

- A quarterly offsite, in the Netherlands or abroad, to plan, brainstorm, and strengthen the team
