fullinfo is a startup B2B data services software company.

We are building an un-paralleled data collection pipeline which is being deployed on AWS and written in Go and Typescript. With a focus on innovation, quality, and accessibility, we are developing a one-stop lead generator platform.

We are currently hiring a Project Coordinator (Jira Administrator) for fullinfo on an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

Responsibilities:

• Compile and translate feedback provided by stakeholders into organized tickets and acceptance criteria within Jira
• Work collaboratively with the Product Owner on a daily basis to refine and prioritize tickets for development
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members using Slack, ensuring clear understanding of project requirements and priorities
• Perform QA/Sanity testing to verify the functionality and integrity of features deployed to staging and production environments
• Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, including ticket status updates and testing results
• Proactively identify and address potential issues or bottlenecks in the project development process
• Participate in meetings and discussions to provide insights and recommendations for improving project management processes
• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends related to project management methodologies and tools, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Experience working with Jira day-to-day in a previous role
• Previous experience as a project coordinator / product manager or similar role
• Relevant certification in project management would be a bonus
• A Bachelor’s Degree would be an advantage
