Our “Why”
FitForMe's mission is to improve the quality of life for people affected by obesity. Getting there depends on one thing: healthcare professionals (HCP) at obesity clinics trusting us enough to refer their patients. That's what our HCP Engagement teams do around the world, and your job is to make them exceptional at it.
You'll be the analytical and operational engine behind HCP Engagement: studying what top performers do differently, building the training, playbooks and tools that let everyone else do it too, and owning the CRM, dashboards and workflows that keep the whole function running on solid ground. You'll report directly to the CEO, with real ownership over how this function operates, and real accountability for how well it performs.
This is a role for someone who wants to be measured by results, not activity. You set the KPIs, watch the dashboards, and know within days, not quarters, whether something is working. When it isn't, you fix it. AI is part of how you workday today, not a side project: you use it to move faster and dig deeper than a purely manual approach ever could.
Outcomes you'll own
- A fit-for-purpose, well-functioning, HCP Engagement operational backbone:
o The HCP Engagement “sales process”, workflows, playbooks
o Account and HCP data, including segmentation
o CRM system (HubSpot)
o Steering and decision making through appropriate KPIs, dashboards and/or reporting. Appropriate territories allocation and target setting.
- Well-equipped field specialists – receiving suitable training and tooling.
- The adoption of digital-first and AI-first workflows in the HCP Engagement organization.
- End-to-end lead/engagement flows – from marketing to field follow-up; working closely with HCP Marketing.

- Fluent in English.
Who you are (mindset)
- The way you think: curious, asks why behind a number; comfortable challenging the status quo; asking “how will this impact the business”.
- The way you work: structured; attention to detail; takes end-to-end ownership; get stuff done.
- The way you communicate: making things simple; can verbalize own thought processes clearly.
