About the job

Do you want to help enterprises change the way they hire people? We’ve got just the job for you! As a Customer Success Manager, it’s your job to onboard, support and build a relationship with our fast growing customer base. You’re not just helping companies to get the most out of Equalture; you’re guaranteeing them to never make a bad hire again. You'll be working closely with our CS team, and will be reporting to Jasmijn, CSM, and Julie, Head of Customer Success.

These are things you will be doing on a regular day:

  • Onboarding customers;
  • Educating our customers by writing articles, providing trainings to name a few;
  • Building a relationship with our customers so they fall in love with us;
  • Being responsible for our live-chat and customer communication;
  • Keeping track of progress through giving Quarterly Business Reviews;
  • Working closely with Sales to upsell;
  • Working closely with our Product/Development Team relaying customer feedback.

About you

It’s important to really understand what companies fit our vision and aim to turn the recruitment market upside down. You’re empathic and constantly seeking ways to make sure people understand both the ‘why’ and ‘how’. And the most important thing: Both clients and colleagues love working with you.

Some things on our wishlist:

  • You speak Dutch (C2 or near native) and English fluently (hard requirement);
  • You are NL-based (hard requirement);
  • You have worked in a customer facing role, preferably CS or Recruitment;
  • You want to make the world a better place by reducing bias and discrimination in the hiring process;
  • You love communicating and helping people/companies to be successful - because that’s what Customer Success is all about.
